Dordogne-Périgord and its amazing sights can be explored in many different ways.

You can walk or cycle along the numerous kilometres of green ways.

A trip down the Dordogne on a 19th century-style local boat or « gabarre » will take you on a marvellous sightseeing day and show you four of the most famous castles in Périgord.

A ride in a horse-drawn carriage will take you along the forest lanes to discover more about local heritage.

Fly in a hot-air balloon or microlight and admire the sky, the Dordogne valley and its castles.

Visit medieval Limeuil’s Panoramic gardens – officially listed as one of the most beautiful villages of France – and you’ll see nature differently thanks to smart workshops and interactive discovery paths.

City Le Bugue – 20mns away from our campsite – is where you will find the largest fresh water aquarium in Europe, and also leisure park on local life Le Bournat.
