The superb Beynac castle, built in the 12th century, rises to impressive heights. From the top of the castle, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Valley of the Five Castles. Beyond visiting the castle itself, a guided tour of the medieval village is also available, allowing you to explore even the smallest streets of Beynac. This tour also offers the privilege of visiting the church, which is usually closed to the public.
Limeuil

Visit a must-see romantic destination: the medieval town of Sarlat
Sarlat is certainly the most famous medieval town in the Périgord. It is an essential discovery if you are coming to spend a romantic weekend in the Périgord Noir. Whether you choose a self-guided or guided visit, discovering the town will provide a wonderful experience: its listed buildings, medieval streets and squares make for a memorable and enriching visit.
