The heated swimming pool at the campsite
Our heated swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from June 1st to September 30th, guaranteed dates. If the weather allows, we may open a little earlier.
The main pool, measuring 15 x 7 metres, starts at 1.10 metres and goes down to 1.70 metres deep, with an average temperature of 28°C.
Sun loungers and parasols are available on the poolside so you can watch your children, perfect your tan or read a good book.
Every Friday in July and August, the pool stays open until midnight for our festive pool party.
The paddling pool for children
For younger children, a paddling pool is located right next to the main pool. The water depth is around 30 centimetres.
If needed during the high season, you can buy pool accessories (armbands, swim nappies, etc.) at the reception’s convenience shop.

Is the campsite swimming pool heated?
Yes, the swimming pool at Camping La Lenotte is heated to maintain an average temperature of 28°C. This ensures comfortable swimming even outside the peak summer months. The aquatic area includes a large pool and a paddling pool, in a simple, family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
What are the opening dates and times for the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is open daily from 9am to 7pm, from 1 June to 30 September (dates guaranteed). Depending on the weather, it may open earlier in May. In July and August, a pool party is held every Friday evening, with the pool closing exceptionally at midnight.
Is there a paddling pool suitable for young children?
Yes, there is a secure paddling pool right next to the main pool. With a depth of around 30 cm, it allows toddlers to gently discover the water. Parents can easily supervise from the sun loungers set up around the pool.
What is the size and depth of the large pool?
The large pool measures 15 × 7 metres. The depth starts at 1.10 metres and gradually increases to 1.70 metres. This configuration is ideal for both swimming and family water games, in heated water that is regularly monitored.
Can we relax by the pool?
Absolutely. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the poolside beach. It’s the perfect place to read, sunbathe or keep an eye on the children. The pool area is ideal for relaxing or spending time with the family.
Can we buy swimming pool accessories on site?
During peak season, you will find essential accessories at the reception’s convenience store: armbands, swim nappies and small floats. Handy for travelling light and enjoying the heated pool to the full without leaving the campsite.
Is the swimming pool close to major tourist attractions?
Yes, the campsite is ideally located near Belvès and a short distance from Sarlat, in the heart of the Dordogne. After your visits, the heated swimming pool is perfect for cooling off without having to get back in the car.
