Booking & payment
How do I reserve a pitch or accommodation?
You can book by telephone, email or directly 24 hours a day via our website.
Is it necessary to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable one month before your arrival, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, ANCV holiday vouchers, Connect ANCV holiday vouchers and cash.
Can a booking be cancelled or changed?
Yes, changes and cancellations are possible in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of any changes.
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
No, we do not yet offer cancellation insurance.
Arrival & departure
What time can we arrive?
Check-in is from 3:30 p.m. for tent pitches and 4 p.m. for rentals.
What time does reception close?
Reception is open from 9am to 1pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm (opening hours vary depending on the season).
What time should we vacate the pitch/accommodation?
Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon and rentals by 10 a.m.
Can we arrive late in the evening?
Yes, late arrival is possible upon request. Please notify reception in advance.
Is it possible to leave later?
Late check-out may be possible depending on availability (additional charge may apply).
Plots & accommodation
What is the size of the pitches?
The pitches measure between 80 and 100 m² on average.
Are the pitches shaded?
Yes, most of the pitches are partially or fully shaded.
Are there any electrical connections?
Yes, electrical outlets are available (bring a European adapter).
Are the mobile homes equipped?
Yes, our mobile homes have fully equipped kitchens (crockery, fridge, hob), blankets and garden furniture. Some models have air conditioning.
Do we need to bring our own sheets?
Yes, bed linen is not provided, however, we offer it for hire.
How many people are permitted per pitch?
In general, up to a maximum of 6 people per pitch (according to regulations).
Animals
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are accepted under certain conditions.
Is there a surcharge?
A supplement per animal per night is applied.
Should they be kept on a lead?
Yes, animals must be kept on a leash within the campsite grounds.
Are dogs permitted in the rentals?
Yes, the accommodation accepts dogs (please specify when booking).
Sanitary facilities & equipment
Is there a laundrette?
Yes, a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers is available (for a fee).
Are the showers chargeable?
No, showers are included in your stay.
Is there a baby/disabled area?
Yes, we have a baby area and facilities suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Does the campsite have Wi-Fi?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available near the snack bar/bar and around the pool.

Campsite rules
Are barbecues permitted?
Yes, barbecues are available in the alleys.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Are visitors permitted?
Yes, visitors are accepted after registering at reception.
Can cars remain in the parking space?
Yes, one vehicle is permitted per pitch.
Can we pitch a tent in addition to the motorhome?
Yes, subject to compliance with the maximum capacity of the pitch.
Leisure & services
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, the campsite has an outdoor swimming pool.
Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated during the season, depending on the weather.
Is an access wristband required?
And not at La Lénotte!
Are there any activities in summer?
Family activities are offered in July and August.
Does the campsite have a restaurant or grocery shop?
A snack bar is open during high season, as well as a bread depot.
Do you hire out bicycles?
Yes, a bicycle hire service is available (subject to availability).
Access & surroundings
How to get to the campsite?
The campsite is located near Belvès, easily accessible by car from Bordeaux. Detailed directions are available on our website on the Contact/Access page.
Is there a car park?
Yes, parking is available outside the campsite.
Is the campsite close to the River Dordogne?
Yes, the Dordogne is 10 minutes from the campsite and the centre of Belvès is 3 minutes away.
What activities are available around the campsite?
Enjoy bike rides, canoe trips on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, local markets, hiking… Discover must-see sites such as the Maxange Cave, Beynac Castle, Castelnaud-La-Chapelle Castle, the Belvès spinning mill and many others.
