With our nature-filled pitches, from solo hikers to large families, everyone can find their place!
Our pitches, ranging from 80 to 170 m², are clearly defined by vegetation to ensure a stay with full privacy and peace and quiet.
Prefer sun or shade? South-facing or north-facing? There’s something for everyone!
Each pitch has an electric hook-up, with one connection point for around four pitches on average. So remember to bring your extension lead and a European adapter (available at reception if needed with a deposit).
Drinking water points and shared barbecues are spread throughout the campsite, and the sanitary block is always nearby.

To travel light, you can rent on site: fridge, garden furniture, fan, and much more.
The sanitary block at the campsite
Located close to the pitches and in the centre of the campsite, it offers you space and comfort. We also renovated it last year. We make sanitary cleanliness our number one priority. A full cleaning is carried out once a day in the low season and twice a day in July and August.
We have individual showers as well as a “family” shower. There is a shower area with a baby space (bath and changing table), a washbasin area, and toilets. All our facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A hairdryer is freely available next to the shared washbasins.
We also have:
- 6 toilets, including one for children (lower height)
- 3 hand-washing basins for laundry
- 2 token-operated washing machines (tokens sold at reception)
- 1 token-operated tumble dryer
- A freezer with free access for ice packs, ice cubes, etc.

What types of locations do you offer?
Camping La Lenotte welcomes tents, caravans and motorhomes. The pitches, ranging from 80 to 170 m², are separated by vegetation to ensure privacy and tranquillity. Sun or shade, north or south facing: everyone can choose according to their preferences.
Do the pitches have electricity?
Yes, each pitch has an electrical connection, with an average of one terminal for every four pitches. Remember to bring an extension cord and a European adapter (available at reception for a deposit). Drinking water points are also located throughout the campsite.
Is the campsite suitable for families as well as solo campers?
Absolutely. From solo hikers to large families, there’s something for everyone thanks to the spacious pitches, shared facilities and friendly atmosphere. Nearly 40% of the park is reserved for campers, preserving the traditional camping spirit in the Dordogne.
What are the sanitary facilities like at the campsite?
The centrally located, recently renovated sanitary block offers individual showers, a family shower, a baby area, washbasins and toilets. Cleanliness is a priority, with daily cleaning outside the high season and twice daily in July and August. All facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Are there any practical facilities for children and babies?
Yes, there is a baby area with a bath and changing table. The sanitary facilities also include toilets suitable for children. These facilities make it easier for families to stay at the campsite and make it more comfortable for those with young children.
Is it possible to do laundry on site?
Yes, there are tubs for hand washing, washing machines and a coin-operated tumble dryer (tokens available at reception). There is also a freezer available for use by guests for ice packs and ice cubes, which is very handy during summer stays.
Are there any water points near the pitches?
Yes, there are several drinking water points throughout the campsite, always close to the pitches. They allow you to easily fill up your supplies, wash up or cool off, for a practical and comfortable stay in the heart of nature, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
Can you hire equipment to travel lighter?
Absolutely. On site, you can hire a fridge, garden furniture, fan and various other equipment. An ideal solution for limiting the load on your vehicle and making the most of your pitch, with complete ease.
Is the campsite well located for visiting the region?
Yes, the campsite is an excellent base for exploring Belvès, Sarlat and the Périgord Noir. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while remaining close to the major attractions.
